Supply Chain Resilience: Practical Approaches to Developing Tomorrow’s Supply Chains

What will the flow of goods in tomorrow’s supply chains look like? Initial surveys indicate that the Corona crisis has brought risk management and supplier redundancy into sustained focus. This rebalancing of supply chain objectives is accompanied by a significant change in supply structures and procurement markets. The changes are mainly reflected in shifts in trade flows between the USA, the EU and China. A key success factor here is the optimal design of resilient supply chains. In our online seminar, we will show alternative courses of action on a strategic and tactical level, based on possible future scenarios, and illustrate the characteristics of successful resilient supply chains using exemplary companies.
